01 / Why DIGIDENT

One repeatable skill.
Very different outcomes.

DIGIDENT takes a half-formed idea, a specialist body of knowledge or an awkward manual process and shapes it into a working digital product. The sector changes; the method does not: understand the problem, design the useful path and build something operational.

02 / What we build for clients

Bring the specialist problem.
We will shape the product.

We are not a generic website factory. DIGIDENT is best used where domain knowledge, unusual requirements or a stubborn operational process need thoughtful product design and a functioning system.

03 / Products and proof

Not promises.
Working evidence.

Our portfolio is deliberately varied. Each system demonstrates the same core capability: translating a difficult idea or process into a product people can understand and use.

DIGIDENT PRODUCTS

Owned and operated by DIGIDENTLive web platform

FleetStart Radar

Official UK fleet changes become a prepared daily opportunity desk, with source-backed research and a human-controlled AI copilot.

The problem
Fleet suppliers lose time converting fragmented public records into relevant, timely commercial work.
What DIGIDENT built
A live opportunity, research and follow-up platform combining operator licensing, CQC and roadworks intelligence.
Capabilities demonstrated
Product strategy, public-data integration, workflow automation, AI assistance, subscriptions and operational administration.

The Cabinet of Curious Studies

An unusual subject catalogue becomes structured independent learning, patient writing support, assessment and verifiable completion records.

The problem
Unusual cultural subjects are often fragmented, sensationalised or presented without a coherent learning journey.
What DIGIDENT built
A 24-course platform across eight subject Cabinets, with guided study, supportive writing feedback, assessment and completion records.
Capabilities demonstrated
Learning-product design, content architecture, research workflows, AI-assisted writing, accounts, payments and certificates.

SELECTED COMMISSIONED SYSTEMS

Built around somebody else's specialist world.

Private and public systems designed around a specific creator, audience or production workflow.

Commissioned publishing systemPublic reader experience

Dirk Strangelove / Sanctuary

A six-book speculative-noir series receives one coherent home for discovery, reading order, press material and free serial fiction.

The problem
Retail listings could sell individual books but could not communicate the structure, tone and entry points of a complete fictional universe.
What DIGIDENT built
A coherent reader-discovery and publishing hub supporting reading order, world-building, editorial material and press use.
Capabilities demonstrated
Brand systems, narrative architecture, digital publishing, content design and intellectual-property presentation.

Fuzz Fox Book Studio

A structured manuscript becomes consistent illustration, checked pages and complete picture-book assets inside a local-first production workflow.

The problem
Illustrated-book production loses consistency when characters, scene plans, artwork, typography and approvals live in disconnected tools.
What DIGIDENT built
A local-first production application that controls references, plans scenes, preserves checkpoints and assembles auditable book assets.
Capabilities demonstrated
Creative tooling, asset management, AI workflow design, deterministic layout, privacy boundaries and production automation.

04 / Who we help

The best fit is not
"anyone who needs a website."

DIGIDENT is most useful when the problem contains real domain knowledge, awkward constraints or a workflow that generic software cannot comfortably express.

DOMAIN SPECIALISTS

Deep expertise, no internal product team

Turn what you know into a tool, platform or service without first becoming a software company.

GROWING ORGANISATIONS

Manual work has become the bottleneck

Replace repeated administration, disconnected records and unclear ownership with a controlled system.

EDUCATORS AND TRAINERS

Your method deserves its own platform

Build structured learning, assessment, learner support and administration around specialist material.

AUTHORS AND CREATIVE FOUNDERS

Your intellectual property has outgrown a folder

Create durable publishing, asset-management, production and audience experiences around the work.

PRACTICAL AI EXPLORERS

You need a useful application, not an AI slogan

Identify where models can genuinely reduce effort while people, evidence and safe fallback behaviour remain in control.

EARLY-STAGE FOUNDERS

You need a working proof before a large agency

Shape the proposition, remove unnecessary scope and prove the smallest valuable customer journey first.

05 / Project compass

Where is the friction?

Pick the closest description. This is not an automated quote; it is a quick way to find a sensible starting conversation.

LIKELY STARTING ROUTE

Decision intelligence prototype

Map the source, define the decision and prove one useful output before scaling ingestion or automation.

06 / How we work

From knot
to working system.

Scope stays visible. Evidence stays attached. Complexity arrives only when the simpler version is already useful.

  1. 01

    Find the knot

We identify the repeated decision, delay or inconsistency that makes the current process expensive.

  2. 02

    Design the useful path

We reduce the workflow to a clear sequence, including where people must review or intervene.

  3. 03

    Build the working proof

Real inputs, real interfaces and real outputs expose bad assumptions faster than a presentation ever will.

  4. 04

    Harden and operate

Accounts, security, monitoring, documentation, administration and deployment turn the proof into dependable software.

07 / Motion room

See the systems
move.

Short, captioned tours of the real workflows. No voiceover, no fictional dashboards and no stock-interface theatre.

08 / The unglamorous important bit

Ambitious presentation.
Grounded claims.

DIGIDENT is an active UK private limited company and registered data controller. We describe commissioned systems as commissioned, owned products as owned, and private tools as private. We will not invent testimonials, customer counts or returns to look larger than the evidence supports.

09 / Structured project intake

Bring us the messy version.

You do not need a technical specification. The dedicated project brief captures the problem, users, outcome and constraints without pretending to generate an instant quote.

  1. 01
    Describe the friction

Plain-English context is more useful than guessed technical requirements.

  2. 02
    Receive a human-reviewed scope

We separate the first release, assumptions, exclusions, dependencies and risks.

  3. 03
    Choose whether to proceed

No work, payment or marketing subscription begins from an enquiry.

10 / One last thing

Catch a project spark.

Everybody who plays wins. Catch the spark to add a complimentary Project Clarity Pack to your enquiry: a one-page problem map, recommended first release and key delivery risks.

Plain-English offer terms

No purchase is required. One pack is available per new client when a genuine project enquiry is submitted within 30 days. The request must be within DIGIDENT's services and contain enough information for a useful assessment. The pack accompanies our response, creates no obligation to commission us and has no cash value.

GUARANTEED WIN

Ready when you are.

11 / Useful answers

Do you take every kind of software project?

No. DIGIDENT is strongest where specialist knowledge, an unusual proposition or an inefficient workflow needs to become a practical product. We will say plainly when a conventional website builder or established off-the-shelf service is the better answer.

Do you only build AI products?

No. AI is one component when it genuinely reduces work or clarifies information. Deterministic software is often safer, cheaper and better.

Can DIGIDENT host and operate the finished system?

Yes. A proposal can cover deployment, monitoring, administration and ongoing improvement, or a documented handover to your own environment.

Can you start with an existing messy system?

Yes. Existing spreadsheets, scripts, forms and partial applications are often the most useful evidence of what the real workflow requires.

Does submitting a brief commit us to anything?

No. It creates a private project enquiry. Work begins only after scope, price, responsibilities and terms are agreed in writing.

Three useful ways to begin

Buy clarity before complexity.

These ranges are indicative, not bait-and-switch fixed prices. Every enquiry receives a human-reviewed scope and exact quote before any commitment.
